Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients:

  • Sweet Fields Cinnamon Rolls
  • 4 lbs strawberries
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • ½ cup water
  • Whipped cream

Recipe:

  1. Make compote: In a saucepan add 2 lbs strawberries diced, sugar, water/cornstarch mix, lemon juice. Bring to a boil and cook until it thickens, approx 5 min. Turn off heat and let cool.
  2. Warm cinnamon rolls then set aside.
  3. Slice in half 2 lbs strawberries.
  4. Slice cinnamon rolls in half and line bottom of dish.
  5. Add compote on top, then whipped cream and then sliced strawberries. Repeat and you’re done!
  6. *The top layer should be fresh sliced strawberries.

Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Sweet Fields Cinnamon Rolls
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup of cream or full fat non-dairy milk
  • ¼ Uncle Nearest Whiskey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt

Recipe:

  1. Make custard: Warm cinnamon roll tray for 2 bursts of 30 seconds, then cut into crouton-size cubes. Set aside in a bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, add cream, sugar, whiskey, cornstarch, vanilla, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.
  3. Pour mixture over cubed cinnamon rolls and gently mix to fully coat them.
  4. Pour mixture into a baking tray and evenly distribute in tray.
  5. Bake in oven for 45 min, remove and allow to cool/set before serving.
  6. *Enjoy with whipped cream and caramel on top!

Bananas Foster

Ingredients:

  • Sweet Fields Cinnamon Rolls
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ Uncle Nearest Whiskey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 banana

Recipe:

  1. Slice bananas into round circles and set aside.
  2. Warm cinnamon roll tray for 2-3 bursts of 30 seconds, then set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, add sugar, butter, and vanilla until it melts and is well combined.
  4. Once it begins to bubble, add bananas to cook on both sides (approx 1-2 min per side).
  5. Carefully pour whiskey into pan and allow alcohol to burn off.
  6. Then remove from the fire and pour over cinnamon rolls.
  7. *Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream!

Cinnamon Roll Waffles

Ingredients:

  • Sweet Fields Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions:

  1. Warm cinnamon rolls for 2 increments of 30 seconds.
  2. Add one cinnamon roll at a time to your waffle iron, cook for approximately 1 minute.
  3. Top with your favorite syrup or toppings and enjoy!

Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream Sando

Ingredients:

  • Cinnfully delish cinnamon rolls
  • Your favorite ice cream
  • Sprinkles

Recipe:

  1. Warm cinnamon rolls for 30 seconds in the microwave.
  2. Carefully slice each roll in half.
  3. Scoop your favorite ice cream on top of one half.
  4. Place the other half on top.
  5. Roll the edges in your favorite sprinkles.
  6. Boom 💥 - your cinnamon roll party has begun!
  7. Enjoy!
Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream Sando

Berry Compote

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen organic mixed berries
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp corn starch (mixed into the water)
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp agave

Recipe:

  1. In a saucepan, combine the berries, water, and corn starch mixture.
  2. Add lemon juice and agave, stirring well.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  5. Use as a topping for desserts or breakfast dishes.

Caramel Apple

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • ½ lemon juice

Recipe:

  1. In a saucepan, heat sugar and milk over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Add cinnamon and lemon juice, continuing to stir until the caramel thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Dip apple slices into the caramel or drizzle over them.
